These courses are ideal for those within your organisation who do not require a full 3-day ITIL® or ISO/IEC 20000 training course.
Executive Overview (½ Day)This Service Management Executive Overview is a half-day workshop that provides business managers with an overview of ITIL® and ISO/IEC 20000 and discusses issues relating to the planning and implementation of Service Management within the organisation. This training may also be delivered in conjunction with our SAFEstart capability & maturity assessment services.
Service Management Awareness (1 Day)This one-day Service Management awareness training module provides IT staff with an understanding of ITIL® and ISO/IEC 20000. This course will enable your team to understand and speak a common language with regard to the delivery and support of the IT services provided to the business. |
