Each masterclass combines our process templates, SIM self-assessment software solution and high quality course material into a powerful training solution that ensures you can become an effective and experienced implementation leader or consultant in a shorter amount of time. The first of several course offerings has been based on the ISO/IEC 20000 standard in response to a growing demand for quality Service Management professionals in a global marketplace.

How it works:

With the traditional learning approach, students often spend a significant amount of time in the classroom, discussing new theories and concepts that are usually based on prior experience and a related case study scenario. Instead of continuing this approach, our Masterclass courses provide you with the unique opportunity to apply that knowledge in the workplace using a variety of tools and process templates that are provided to you during the course.
