ITIL® Service Manager Bridge ITIL® V2 - V3 Bridging Certificate
This 5 day course provides comprehensive coverage of the changes from ITIL® Version 2 to Version 3 and is intended for those with an existing ITIL® V2 Service Manager Certificate who wish to bridge to the new ITIL® Expert level qualification. In this course, the requirements, activities, methods and approaches for planning and implementing the ITIL® Service Lifecycle will be covered in a practical, hands-on learning environment through the use of our quality course material and an engaging scenario-based case study. Who Should Attend:This course is intended for individuals and IT professionals with an existing ITIL® V2 Service Manager Certificate who wish to bridge to the new ITIL® Expert level qualification. This qualification will also be required by those wishing to progress to the higher level ITIL® Master qualification to be released some time in the near future Prerequisites:To attend this course, participants must have first obtained the ITIL V2 Service Manager Certificate. Students are also advised to read the full ITIL® V3 Service Lifecycle set of core publications prior to the commencement of this course. What You Will Learn:
Examination:This course concludes with a 90 minute examination, consisting of 20 multiple choice, scenario-based, complex questions. Students must achieve a score of 16 out of 20 (or 80%) in order to have passed this examination.
