The IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Management is a business-driven, holistic approach to the management of IT based on process frameworks and international standards such as ITIL® (The IT Infrastructure Library) and ISO/IEC 20000.
ITIL Foundation Qualification: The 3 day Foundation course provides participants with an overview of the IT Infrastructure Library. It is intended for general staff working in IT Service Management and as a prerequisite for progressing onto higher qualification levels. At the end of the course, students can sit a 1 hour, 40 question multiple choice exam. ITIL Awareness/Overview: An ITIL awareness course provides an ideal means of educating a broader range of staff that need to understand the principles of IT Service Management, but do not require formal certification. Options for delivery can include slides-based delivery, highly effective experiential learning with our ITSM Simulation Game, or a combination of the two. This method of training provides a solid basis for a service cultural change programme and avoids the pressure of having to sit a formal examination. More details relating to each ITIL course option are provided on the pages below. ITIL® is a Registered Trade Mark of the Office of Government Commerce in the United Kingdom and other countries |
Our onsite training can save you up to 60% off the cost of public education.
