Stage 2: Follow-up Analysis & Service Improvement PlanningFollowing the completion of your assessment, SIM will have automatically provided you with a variety of baseline compliance, maturity and quality measures as well as comparative benchmark data and service improvement tasks. Our consultants are available to offer expert advice on your findings or to provide a detailed report as the basis of a service improvement plan or business case.
